How to Manage Rearz Subscriptions

Now that you've set up an auto-ship subscription for your Rearz orders, we'll walk you through how to manage your subscriptions!

Where Can I Find My Subscriptions?

Shortcut: Click here to go straight to your subscriptions.

Your subscriptions are located under your Account in the upper right corner of your screen. Click the drop-down menu and select any of the options to navigate to the account screen.

Once you're in your Account, you'll see options for Orders, Messages, Addresses, Wish Lists, Recently Viewed, Account Settings, Subscriptions, and Payment Methods.

Select Subscriptions.

From here, click on your Subscription # to open an overview of your auto-ship order, including cost and frequency of your recurring shipment. This overview provides options for managing your subscription, including the ability to Add a Product, Reschedule, Skip Your Next Shipment, Ship Now, and Cancel Subscription.

Let's go through each of these options below.


Add a Product to Your Subscription

Want to include another product in your subscription? Click Add a Product. A search bar will appear – simply type the product name or SKU number to add it to your ongoing subscription.


Reschedule Your Next Shipment

Need to push your shipment by a week or two? No problem! You can reschedule it for a time that works better for you.

Select Reschedule and choose a new date on the calendar for your product to be shipped. Please make sure you do this before the item has already shipped – once it's on its way, we cannot change the shipping date.


Skip Your Next Shipment

Don't need your next shipment as expected? That's perfectly fine!

If you don't need the next shipment within your selected timeframe, you can skip it. Select Skip Shipment in your subscription, and your product will be shipped on the following expected shipping date instead.


Ship Now

Need your order sooner rather than later? You got it!

You don't have to wait for your next shipment date. If you need your products to arrive as soon as possible, simply click the Ship Now option under your subscription.


Cancel Your Auto-Ship Subscription

If you no longer require your auto-ship subscription, it's quick and easy to cancel.

Select Cancel Subscription and confirm "yes" when prompted with "Are You Sure?". That's it – you're no longer subscribed.

Please note: You cannot cancel an order that has already been placed. If you know you'll no longer need the product, please cancel before your next order ships. Thank you!
