The Complete Guide to Rearz Bottle Nipples
Whether you're new to ABDL bottles or upgrading your setup, the right bottle nipple makes all the difference. Every nipple in the Rearz lineup is made specifically for adults, because standard baby bottle nipples were never built with adult comfort in mind. Here's everything you need to know about each option so you can find your perfect fit.
What bottles do they fit?
All Rearz bottle nipples fit standard wide mouth bottle openings, so they work with most wide mouth bottles on the market, including every Rearz bottle:
- Vintage Glass Bottles (plain white and printed glass)
- Easy Grip Plastic Bottles
Heads up: XXL nipples are too tall to fit under the cap of our Vintage Glass Bottles. They fit perfectly with Easy Grip Bottle caps.

The XXL lineup
Our XXL nipples were developed straight from customer feedback. They're built extra tall to sit comfortably in an adult mouth in a way standard baby nipples simply can't.
XXL Adult Standard Bottle Nipple
The XXL Standard is the most familiar nipple in our lineup. It's built for adults but modeled after the classic baby nipple shape most people already know. Its rounded, symmetrical design works from any angle, so there's no need to line it up before latching.
Its ultra fast vented flow makes it great for everyday use, giving you a natural, effortless feed with no restriction. Like every Rearz nipple, it's made from premium food grade silicone that's durable, body safe and easy to clean.
If you're new to adult bottles or just want something familiar and comfy, the XXL Standard is the perfect place to start.

The XXL Orthodontic is where our XXL lineup began. This community favorite earned such an overwhelming response that it became the foundation for every XXL nipple that followed, and it's still one of the most loved options in our catalog.
Its specially shaped teat mimics the feel of natural breastfeeding and will feel instantly familiar to anyone who has used an orthodontic pacifier. The elongated teat sits comfortably in an adult mouth, while thicker silicone and an upgraded vent design keep it from collapsing under pressure, so every feed is consistent and reliable.
Its ultra fast flow handles all kinds of liquids with ease. If you want a nipple that feels natural, performs beautifully and has already won over a loyal community, this is the one.
Also available on these Easy Grip Bottles:
XXL Sippy Spout
The XXL Sippy Spout offers a completely different experience from the rest of the XXL lineup. Instead of a traditional teat, it has a spout that gives you a familiar sippy cup feel. It's a natural choice if you prefer sipping over suckling, or just want to switch things up.
Its unique sensation sets it apart from every other nipple we make, giving you a fun alternative without giving up the quality and comfort the XXL range is known for.
Good to know: The XXL Sippy Spout is currently only available with the Lil Monsters Easy Grip Adult Bottle and isn't sold on its own yet. Individual spouts are coming soon!
Our original nipple
Adult Silicone Bottle Nipples
Our Adult Silicone Bottle Nipples, also known as the Standard Wide Mouth, are where Rearz bottles first began. Our very first adult bottle nipple takes the classic baby bottle nipple and refines it with faster flow and improved venting. No wonder it's been a fan favorite since day one.
With a triple vent design, ultra fast flow and a broader profile, it delivers a reliable, consistent drink at an accessible price. It's also a great pick if the XXL nipples feel a little too big, offering the same quality and comfort in a more compact size.
It comes on our glass bottles and is sold in a two pack. It's dishwasher safe and can be sanitized in boiling water for easy cleaning.
Please note: The Standard Wide Mouth will be discontinued in the future. If it's your favorite, we recommend stocking up while supplies last.
