Best diaper for heavy incontinence
Ive used a lot of different diapers these hold the most and dont leak. I have autism with urgency incontence and go a lot during the day and night. I use boosters for really bad days.

Definitely not discreet but they work
I have to wear 24/7. I was using Abenas for day time use and constantly having leaks. My wife started putting me in these diapers , I’m definitely more paranoid now about someone knowing I’m wearing a diaper because these ones are much bulkier. But I haven’t leaked yet.
