Best Diaper
These diapers are the best diapers in the market for your money. Absolute best. I wear the medium for daytime and large with a booster for night time. 30+ years total bladder incontinent.

Paraplegic here, AWESOME!
I went with what my insurance issued, but got tired of the crappy ones not absorbing diddly. I've been paraplegic for 11 years due to a motorcycle accident. These hold up to a complete loss of bladder and bowel control for up to 18 hours (monthly trip to Mayo):without leaks! Megamax, Tena, and Abena just can't do that. I've been very happy with these! I've become a bit of a DL over time as a coping mechanism, and these are just like the Pampers I remember from the 80's when Mom put them on me. Same materials and thickness. If you have an incontinent loved one who is confined to a wheelchair or bed, get these for them. Do it because you love them and don't want them getting sores or infections. These instantly wick moisture away, even when near to capacity.
