Silence pants are the most durable and easy to care for pant in our catalog. This is our most comfortable pant, making it the optimal choice for daily active wear.
The Silence Pant is cooler than other waterproof diaper overs thanks to it's breathability. With a bit of stretch this pant provides a lightweight, comfortable, reliable fit.
For light to medium urinary incontinence, we recommend using this brief as part of a hybrid system. Our booster pads feature an adhesive strip to hold them in place. This will reduce waste, while providing the benefits of a disposable product. If you prefer a washable pad, these contour pads feature a dry to the touch topper for maximum comfort.
A wide crotch can accommodate pads, washable and disposable diapers.
Please measure to fit legs first, then measure to fit waist/hip.

Very nice pants.
These pants are very comfortable. Fit is great. And they don't stick to your skin. We had a few hot days. They didn't make me sweat.

Awesome cover
This cover has become one of my favorites. It’s excellent for when my diaper leaks from reaching capacity or because I was in an awkward position. The blue color is really nice. I recommend this to anyone.

Excellent product Just keep an eye on the stitching, as this is the only weak point and could come apart with washing and drying
