Silence pants are the most durable and easy to care for pant in our catalog. This is our most comfortable pant, making it the optimal choice for daily active wear.
The Silence Pant is cooler than other waterproof diaper overs thanks to it's breathability. With a bit of stretch this pant provides a lightweight, comfortable, reliable fit.
For light to medium urinary incontinence, we recommend using this brief as part of a hybrid system. Our booster pads feature an adhesive strip to hold them in place. This will reduce waste, while providing the benefits of a disposable product. If you prefer a washable pad, these contour pads feature a dry to the touch topper for maximum comfort.
A wide crotch can accommodate pads, washable and disposable diapers.
Please measure to fit legs first, then measure to fit waist/hip.

Very pink, very comfy
These pants are exactly what I was hoping for. They're soft and comfy; and conceal my diaper at the waistline. I bought them in pink because real men wear pink. Definitely a must-have if you wear diapers 24/7, 365.

Silence Pant - Excellent!
I'm very happy with this cover. These provide both extra protection and discretion at the same time. Due to the high rise coverage, I have been able to go about my daily routine at work more freely knowing I'm less at risk of the diaper's waistband accidentally showing above my pants when bending, reaching, etc. I primarily wear dark colored clothing, so I am happy they are available in black to provide the extra discretion that wouldn't be offered by a traditional white cover. I work an active job and have been using these with the Active Air briefs. I find the combination to be comfortable enough for daily wear. I also really appreciate that the outer material is comfortable against my skin and reduces friction between the diaper and clothing.

Very Comfortable and Durable
These pants are so comfortable, that I don't even notice that I'm wearing them. In addition, these pants last a very long time. A quality product!
