Silence pants are the most durable and easy to care for pant in our catalog. This is our most comfortable pant, making it the optimal choice for daily active wear.
The Silence Pant is cooler than other waterproof diaper overs thanks to it's breathability. With a bit of stretch this pant provides a lightweight, comfortable, reliable fit.
For light to medium urinary incontinence, we recommend using this brief as part of a hybrid system. Our booster pads feature an adhesive strip to hold them in place. This will reduce waste, while providing the benefits of a disposable product. If you prefer a washable pad, these contour pads feature a dry to the touch topper for maximum comfort.
A wide crotch can accommodate pads, washable and disposable diapers.
Please measure to fit legs first, then measure to fit waist/hip.

1st ever pairs of pul pants
1. I have to say I'd give them a 5 but I don't have anything to compare them with. 2. They really help with noise. 3. They kind of breathe, but don't leak. Wore with a cloth back disposable, and they had trapped a ton of moisture, didn't notice any with a plastic backed disposable. The outer layer is fabric ish I would definitely recommend.

Great cover for side sleepers
This cover works great and is light and breathable. Works very well for side sleepers to stay with free.

So far, So good.
Hard to review something if you have not had it very long. Can never tell how long it will last. With that being said. So far. It is pretty comfortable. The elastics do not dig into the skin like some do as the day goes by. Does seem to fit well. Even using thicker diapers with a cotton snap pant. Seems to prevents leaks for the most part. If these hold up and continue to do their job. I may buy more down the road.
