Good for bigger mouths
I bought these on a whim to try out the large size. I have been using a size 6 and they where uncomfortable after a few minutes for me as they barely reached the roof of my mouth. The size 10, however, reached all the way to the front of my soft pallet. The width was surprising as I was intimidated at first sight. They are about the width of a teaspoon and it reached both sides of my teeth (tongue/lingual side of the left and right set of molars). So, this pacifier felt really natural for me. It made a much more enjoyable fit and the sucking action was more natural, almost as if I were nursing from my mommy (wife)! I ended up sucking on this pacifier for hours without discomfort after an initial trial and error with mouth positioning. Thank you Rearz!

I love this pacifier. I am using it now. It fits nicely in my mouth. The shield is of a nice size. It stays in my mouth very well.
