These can also be used with disposable booster pads for a hybrid adult diapering experience that is more environmentally friendly. The new Incontrol booster pads feature an adhesive strip to hold things in place.
Waterproof outer shell and fold-back laundry tabs make for easy care.
One-size design can be adjusted to fit waist sizes from 26"-42" (66cm-107cm).

The hook and loop is strong and it fits well. The wrap is roomy enough for whatever insert I use.
