Silence pants are the most durable and easy to care for pant in our catalog. This is our most comfortable pant, making it the optimal choice for daily active wear.
The Silence Pant is cooler than other waterproof diaper overs thanks to it's breathability. With a bit of stretch this pant provides a lightweight, comfortable, reliable fit.
For light to medium urinary incontinence, we recommend using this brief as part of a hybrid system. Our booster pads feature an adhesive strip to hold them in place. This will reduce waste, while providing the benefits of a disposable product. If you prefer a washable pad, these contour pads feature a dry to the touch topper for maximum comfort.
A wide crotch can accommodate pads, washable and disposable diapers.
Please measure to fit legs first, then measure to fit waist/hip.

They do change the sound.
I tested them with a few different diapers, and they do change the diaper sound from crinkly to a neutral synthetic cloth rubbing against each other, which is less noticeable. They are a little big but the elastic part fits the description. It is like there is space for REALLY thick diapers or even double diapered.

Nice fitting but...
The clear plastic likes to stick together, kinda reminds me of saran wrap. However it also lightly sticks to your diaper after it starts to get damp and muffles the crinkle.

Silence pant
Very comfortable and gives excellent coverage for me as a heavy wetter, great for hot weather and active life. Second pair I have ordered. Easy fast clean up and drying.
